Custom and made to measure products cannot be returned or exchanged. To exchange the product, send your jewellery to the address below, along with contact information, proof of purchase and the information about the wish to exchange the product. Products can be exchanged for items of the same or higher value. The exchanged product cannot bear the signs of use and must be packed in the original packaging.
